Mr. Arend has a proven track record of success and trusted member of the business community for over two decades. Throughout his career, he has worked closely with executives to help build plans to transform their businesses leveraging technology. His experience serving the small to medium business sector includes manufacturing, oil & gas, distribution, life sciences, high tech electronics, software, professional services, and retail. Areas of expertise include sales, sales management, account and territory management, sales and business plan development, relationship cultivation and management, consultative needs assessment, business process design, business tracking and forecasting.
Locally, Bill serves in leadership positions in a variety of organizations and has served on multiple boards including the National Business Development Association (NBDA), Houston Manufacturing Association (HMA), Austin Technology Council (ATC). He is also currently an active member of the advisory boards for the National Association for Corporate Directors (NACD) and the Houston Technology Center (HTC).
As Chairman and Founder of 1P410 Sports, his vision is to build a sports performance and wellness organization that can help each athlete develop and work from a balanced game plan to achieve their personal goals. The 1P410 Sports team of specialists take a genuine interest in helping inspire each athlete to work their plan to achieve their goals. With his leadership, 1P410 will continue to innovate and hire the best team and inspire athletes of all ages to rethink performance by serving others.
He earned a B.B.A. in Marketing with a minor in Information Technology from Baylor University.
